Steps to make your purchase

Choose the products you want to buy including the size you wish and click on Add to the Purchase. Check the contents of the shopping basket and remove the products that you don’t wish to buy. Here you will find the overall price except for the delivery charges. (this will depend on the total number of products).

Concluding the purchase

Once you have finished making the order, click on ORDER. A customer information form will appear. On choosing the country, in the first box, the transport and delivery charges will be recalculated to give you the final price of the purchase. Fill in your personal details. You must include your telephone number with no spaces. Choose the desired payment method; bank transference or VISA card, MASTERCARD, or MAESTRO, check the delivery address and when all the details are correct, click on SEND.

You will receive an automatic email with detailed information of your order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges can vary according to the weight and volume of your order. You will be able to see the transport costs of the purchase in the finally rundown of the order before confirming it and initiating the payment process.

Available methods of payment

At the moment, the payment methods available are credit card, debit card (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro), bank transfer and Paypal.

Delivery times.

The usual delivery time is between 7 and 20 days from the order placement date. In this time, a check is done on whether the payment has gone through correctly; the merchandise is prepared and is sent off by means of a rapid messenger service (from 1 to 3 days). You will be notified should the ordered item(s) not currently be in stock.

Returns and exchanges

You will have 10 days from the delivery of the product or order to exchange or return it.

1. You can exchange or return a product if:-

a) It doesn’t suit you
b) It’s too big or small
c) You have changed your opinion
d) You made a mistake in the order

These are the usual reasons for a voluntary return of the order. In these cases, the article in question is in perfect condition but it is the buyer who isn’t content with it. Therefore, they should process their returns by sending us an email to
pedidos@latiendadepaparajote.com describing the return or exchange. In these cases, the transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the product arrives in good state, the total value will be sent to your bank account in the case of a refund, or, in the case of an exchange, the new article of clothing will be sent out postage due.

Returns due to an error in the order or defective or imperfect item(s)

In the case of an error occurring in the making up of the order where we have sent a different size from the one you ordered, or sent an imperfect article, contact us on
pedidos@latiendadepaparajote.com, and we will immediately make the change. In this case, we will be responsible for the travel costs.
